for the purposes of ILandhop's website, premium advertisers are defined as companies, organizations and individuals interested in placing graphical advertising "banners" on the iLandhop.com website in order to promote their company and/or product(s).  those interested in participating in this unique and exciting advertising opportunity are invited to complete the premium advertiser registration form.  by registering as a premium advertiser, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in the agreement below.  within 24 hours of your registration, an iLandhop advertising executive will contact you to discuss your new account, your advertising needs and get your ad up-and-running on our website.

iLandhop provides premium advertisers the option of choosing an intermediary full page ad or a banner ad.  banner ads appear either at the top, side or bottom of posts.  full page ads appear between sub-pages of particular categories on the iLandhop website. each ad will run for 4 weeks free of charge.

our free premium advertisement offer will run until December 31, 2006.  during this free trial period, premium advertisers will not be asked for credit card information nor will they be charged in any way.  the service during this period is entirely free.  please refer to our help pages for information on how to properly complete your banner upload form and submit your ad for FREE display on our site during this trial period.

on January 1, 2007, iLandhop.com will launch its advertising initiative.  as of that date and continuing thereafter, we will inform and offer our premium advertisers iLandhop's new advertising packages and rates.  iLandhop premium advertisers will then have the option of either participating in or opting out of this offer.

AD REQUIREMENTS

	A medium sized banner displayed on the intermediary page (468x60 pixels)
	Small ads displayed on listings page (120x60 pixels)

Additional ad requirements include:

	Resolution 72 dpi; non-animated GIF format only; can be accompanied by an animated GIF to be considered
	Maximum file size  for gif 20 Kbytes

URLs that are redirects and do not allow the browsers's back button to work correctly will not be accepted.

HOW DOES PREMIUM ADVERTISE UPLOAD BANNER?
Follow the simple steps below:                                                                                                                                                             (i)Once you register as a premium advertiser log in as an advertiser. The lower set of login/password fields
in the login page are applicable.
(ii)In your advertiser account click on "Add Banner"
(iii) On Add Banner page, enter your details in the fields.  Enter "Banner Title".
(iv) Payment Mode select "cheque".
(v)  Banner page select "intermediary page" or "posting page" depending on the size of banner and where you wish for it to be located on the site.   Banner specifications are noted on "About Premium Advertisement" page.
(vi) Location select the countries you wish to have banner displayed.
(vii) Pay for banner per impression.  This is the lower choice.  Total count should remain 0 per impression.  The total count field should be greyed out if you have selected the correct button.  As you know, you will not be charged for displaying your banner.                                                                                                                                                                                                (viii)Subscription type is 100 days.  Upload your banner.                                                                                                                                                                                             (ix) Add your URL for the banner
(x) Total cost should remain $0.00

ADVERTISING AGREEMENT
I hereby authorize ILandhop, LLC to enter our advertising on the ILandhop.com website, subject to the following terms and conditions:                                                                            

	This contract is between ILandhop, LLC (hereinafter  "ILandhop") and the undersigned (hereafter "the Advertiser"). In this agreement "Advertiser", "you", or "your" refers to the corporation, organization or individual, who submits an advertising order. Any change of ownership or management will not dissolve contractual obligations prior to the ad’s end date.
	ILandhop agrees to provide inclusion of the Advertiser's graphical "banner" advertisement, on the  ILandhop.com banner program, in an equal share to the monthly fee paid. The banner will include a hyperlink to the advertiser's web site or electronic mail (email) address. The Advertiser will provide the banner advertisement graphic, in Internet ready GIF format, either 230X33, 468X60 or 125X600 (width X height) pixels.
	All advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation that the Advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of such advertisement and that the submitting Advertiser will indemnify and hold ILandhop harmless for any suits and costs arising from the publication of such advertisement, including suits for libel, violation of privacy rights, plagiarism and copyright infringement.
	The advertiser represents and warrants its ownership of and right to use the information in the provided advertisement and that these graphics were neither produced by nor reproduced from any other advertising company.
	ILandhop reserves the right to increase ad rates at any time but will advise its existing customers prior to the rate increase before any new contracts are signed.  Any ad rates negotiated remain in effect until the said ad’s end-date expires.
	In the event of an advertising publication error arising from the fault of ILandhop, ILandhop's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the advertiser to ILandhop for such advertisements. ILandhop will not be responsible for lost profits for the material published online.
	ILandhop will not be liable for any delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of ad posting due to acts of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, fire, flood, earthquake, strike, network difficulties or other acts beyond the control of ILandhop.
	This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement may be modified or amended, only by written instrument signed by both parties.
	If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid or enforceable.
